Refunds and returns policy

General terms and conditions

Basin ChemEco attaches the utmost importance to the quality of its products and services.
As part of our sales policy, returns are only accepted for defective products.

All requests for returns must be made within 30-day period from the date of delivery. After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Products eligible for return

A return can only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The product features a manufacturing defect or overt packaging.

  • He returned not usedin his original conditionwith its complete, undamaged packaging.

  • It is accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note).

Products excluded from returns

No returns will be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product conforms to order, but no longer corresponds to customer's expectations.

  • Customer order error (choice, quantity, reference, shade, etc.).

  • Product opened, used or handled.

  • Products ordered on promotion, sale or end of series.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only authorized in the case of a defective product.
In this case, an identical replacement may be made, after validation by our technical department.

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, Basin ChemEco reserves the right to approve or refuse the refund.

If approved :

  • The refund will be made according to the payment method used at the time of the order.

  • The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in the case of a proven error attributable to Basin ChemEco.

  • No refunds will be made without prior inspection.

Returns must be accompanied by a document specifying the reason for the return and the references of the order concerned.
We recommend shipping via a carrier with tracking. Basin ChemEco accepts no liability for loss or damage during return transport.
