BASICOLL B300 is a high-quality D3 white adhesive, ideal for gluing tongue-and-groove joints in floating parquet. Its water-based formula ensures excellent moisture resistance and long-lasting adhesion. Easy to apply and environmentally friendly, it guarantees a clean, solid finish on all types of wood.

The wood must be clean, dry, even, solid and free of grease, dust and loose parts. Any unevenness or soiling may hinder glue adhesion.
Before applying the adhesive, make sure that the room temperature is between 16 and 20°C, that the wood humidity is between 8 and 11 %, and that the ambient relative humidity is between 50 and 70 %. These conditions guarantee proper evaporation of the water contained in the adhesive and optimal bonding.
The glue should be applied in a thin, even layer, either to one or both sides, using a bottle, brush, glue roller, industrial gluing machine or toothed spatula. The quantity to be used is 60 to 150 g/m² for simple surfaces, and 150 to 200 g/m² for assemblies. Open time at 140 g/m² is approximately 10 minutes.
Place the elements to be bonded against each other during the open time and apply immediate, even pressure to ensure perfect surface contact. The recommended pressure is between 0.1 and 0.8 N/mm², to achieve initial adhesion and guarantee bonding strength.
Maintain compression according to the following guidelines: for assembly bonding, a pressure of 10 to 15 minutes is sufficient. For synthetic panels in a continuous press heated to 70°C, the minimum holding time is 2 minutes. For high-frequency bonding, a hold time of at least 35 seconds is required, depending on the material used.
