After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"667\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"701\">Products eligible for return<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"781\">A return can only be accepted if the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"1051\">\n<li data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"869\">\n<p data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"869\">The product features <strong data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"832\">a manufacturing defect<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"868\">overt packaging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"975\">\n<p data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"975\">He returned <strong data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"903\">not used<\/strong>in his <strong data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"932\">original condition<\/strong>with its <strong data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"974\">complete, undamaged packaging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1051\">\n<p data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1051\">It is accompanied by a <strong data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1020\">proof of purchase<\/strong> (invoice or delivery note).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1056\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1089\">Products excluded from returns<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1143\">No returns will be accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1462\">\n<li data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1228\">\n<p data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1228\">Product conforms to order, but no longer corresponds to customer's expectations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1311\">\n<p data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1311\">Customer order error (choice, quantity, reference, shade, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1350\">\n<p data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1350\">Product opened, used or handled.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1412\">\n<p data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1412\">Products ordered on promotion, sale or end of series.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1462\">\n<p data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1462\">Custom-made or personalized products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1467\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1481\">Exchanges<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1675\">Exchanges are only authorized in the case of a defective product.<br data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1565\" \/>In this case, an identical replacement may be made, after validation by our technical department.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1680\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1699\">Refund<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1827\">After receiving and checking the returned product, Basin ChemEco reserves the right to approve or refuse the refund.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"1851\">If approved :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"2114\">\n<li data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1940\">\n<p data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1940\">The refund will be made according to the payment method used at the time of the order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2048\">\n<p data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"2048\">The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in the case of a proven error attributable to Basin ChemEco.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2114\">\n<p data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2114\">No refunds will be made without prior inspection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2119\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2142\">Return address<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2202\">Products must be returned to the following address:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2269\"><strong data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2224\">Basin ChemEco NV<\/strong><br data-start=\"2224\" data-end=\"2227\" \/>Gravestraat 7A<br data-start=\"2241\" data-end=\"2244\" \/>B-8750 Wingene<br data-start=\"2258\" data-end=\"2261\" \/>Belgium<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2271\" data-end=\"2587\">Returns must be accompanied by a document specifying the reason for the return and the references of the order concerned.<br data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2413\" \/>We recommend shipping via a carrier with tracking.
